You can place an order directly through our website or by mobile call. Simply browse the menu, select your items, and follow the checkout process.
Can I schedule a delivery for later?
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer service team. Once the order is being prepared or out for delivery, changes may not be possible.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum order amount is 120 BDT, depending on the restaurant.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile wallets and cash on delivery for now and are working on adding debit and credit cards.

What are your delivery hours?
We deliver daily from 2 pm to 10 pm. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your location, typically between 35 to 40 minutes.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to a 2 km radius of Konpara, Jatrabari, Dhaka.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, the fee may vary depending on your location.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you’re unavailable when the driver arrives, they will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, the order will be left at the specified location, or you can reschedule. Additional fees may apply.

What if I have an issue with my order?
If something is wrong with your order, contact our customer service within 30 minutes of delivery.

After delivery, you’ll receive a prompt to leave a review on our website or app. You can also contact customer service with any concerns.
